What you will do
- Own the organic growth strategy across traditional search and AI-driven discovery (Google AI Overviews, LLMs, answer engines).
- Define and implement GEO/AEO best practices to increase brand presence and citation frequency in generative responses.
- Establish standards for structured content (schema, summaries, FAQs, entities) optimized for AI consumption.
- Create high-quality, authoritative B2B content including whitepapers, landing pages, and glossaries.
- Monitor search performance and brand mentions in AI tools to establish a reporting framework for LLM visibility.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to align content initiatives with core business KPIs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital content roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of AEO/GEO concepts and how LLMs source and cite information.
- Strong SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO basics.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills for authoritative B2B content.
- Proficiency with SEO analytics tools such as Google Search Console or Semrush.
- Must be based in Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries.
- Familiarity with structured data, JSON-LD, and schema.org vocabulary.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) for research or production.
- Experience with HubSpot, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of PPC marketing principles and tools like Google and Meta Ads.
