What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into effective data models and reporting solutions.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and manage datasets and visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Support the business with ad hoc analysis and reporting needs.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX formulas, and report optimization.
• Strong command of SQL for writing and troubleshooting complex queries for large datasets.
• Deep understanding of informational design principles to structure data visually for decision support.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into intuitive and insightful visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working in iGaming, fintech, or other highly regulated, data-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with Python or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
