What you will do

• Design, scale, and optimize high-availability infrastructure to support production workloads.
• Manage Kubernetes environments and deploy applications using Helm in production systems.
• Build and improve infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Prometheus and Elasticsearch.
• Support hybrid infrastructure by integrating cloud and on-premises environments.
• Apply DevOps and DevSecOps practices to improve system security and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer building production infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, command-line debugging, and networking (TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTPS).
• Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters and deployments via Helm.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Skill in scripting with Python, Bash, or Shell for operational efficiency.
• Must be located in Colombia to utilize the flexible workplace options.

Nice to have

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Salt, Chef, or Puppet.
