What you will do

• Process fraud escalation claims and APP Reimbursement claims in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Banking Partners and Merchants to gain a full understanding of fraud concerns.
• Work cross-functionally to proactively identify, investigate, and address fraud risks.
• Determine liability outcomes through thorough investigation of claims.
• Identify and implement improvements to current methods via data analysis and testing.

Requirements

• Understanding of fraud typologies and fraud risks.
• Ability to effectively process escalation tickets and follow operational processes.
• Capability to work with and optimize fraud detection tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden for hybrid work.
• English proficiency: CV must be submitted in English.
