What you will do
- Own first-line triage for partner integration issues including API errors, signature failures, and webhook bugs.
- Guide partners through the full technical integration process from sandbox testing to production launch.
- Conduct pre-go-live reviews to verify acceptance criteria compliance and integration quality.
- Investigate volume anomalies and trace root causes across integration changes and configuration issues.
- Support technical discovery and demo calls for both engineering and business audiences.
- Develop integration runbooks, partner guides, and FAQ documentation to enable partner self-service.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK integration patterns.
- Proficiency with Postman and cURL for debugging API responses independently.
- Basic scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Must be based in Europe with the right to work in your country of residence (no visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of blockchain concepts including wallets, gas, and stablecoins.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or FinTech integrations (virtual accounts, BaaS, embedded finance).
- Exposure to KYB/KYC onboarding flows and identity verification platforms like SumSub.
- Prior experience working at a high-growth startup.
