What you will do

• Design and execute partner community programs and events in Sydney from concept through to post-event reporting.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate event opportunities, sponsorships, and local community activations.
• Create structured partner feedback loops via surveys and roundtables to translate insights into recommendations for Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Build partner advocacy by developing case studies, testimonials, and ambassador initiatives.
• Coordinate local social media plans and co-marketing initiatives to increase partner visibility and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with PR to identify thought leadership opportunities and strong partner stories.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, partner marketing, or business development.
• Experience in a two-sided platform, tech, lifestyle, or fitness environment.
• Proven track record of planning and executing end-to-end events and community initiatives.
• Experience managing brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for engaging external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build programs from a blank slate.
