What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported technical issues for developer customers.
- Contribute to the improvement of product and handbook documentation.
- Observe issue trends to suggest tooling remedies and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve difficult customer problems.
- Improve team onboarding and ongoing enablement to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (EMEA).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Working experience with Unix/Linux, Bash, and Kubernetes containerized solutions.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with code hosts like GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket.
- Foundational knowledge of APIs, Git, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in communicating complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience writing code in Go or another programming language.
- Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tooling.
- Basic knowledge of or experience with Perforce.
