TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (EMEA) with significant working hours overlap with the UK

Salary: $42,400 USD base

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported technical issues for developer customers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of product and handbook documentation.
  • Observe issue trends to suggest tooling remedies and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve difficult customer problems.
  • Improve team onboarding and ongoing enablement to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa (EMEA).
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Working experience with Unix/Linux, Bash, and Kubernetes containerized solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with code hosts like GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket.
  • Foundational knowledge of APIs, Git, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Proficiency in communicating complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience writing code in Go or another programming language.
  • Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tooling.
  • Basic knowledge of or experience with Perforce.
