What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of system test technicians.
• Manage daily testing activities ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards.

• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Train and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Education in Practical Engineering or technician studies.
• Hands-on experience in production or technical environments.
• Proficiency in computer systems and information tools.
• Proven leadership capability, either formal or informal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Rosh Ha'Ayin, Israel.
