TL;DR

SW Engineer - LiDAR Sensor System (LiDAR): Designing and implementing system-level test automation for hardware and software verification of LiDAR sensors with an accent on automation tools and pipelines for release testing. Focus on building automated testing infrastructure and developing data processing tools for efficient system-level verification.

Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (office presence at least 4 times a week)

What you will do

  • Design and implement system-level test automation strategies for hardware and software verification.
  • Develop automation tools and pipelines for release testing in both bench and vehicle environments.
  • Build and maintain automated testing infrastructure to streamline integration and verification processes.
  • Implement data processing and log analysis tools to support efficient system-level testing.
  • Manage tasks and priorities independently in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (after graduation) in Rust, C++, and Python.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and maintaining automation pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux development and IT infrastructure.
  • Location: Must work from the office in Munich at least 4 times a week.

Nice to have

  • MSc in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience with robotics frameworks and middleware, including ROS (Robot Operating System).
  • Experience in automotive vehicle bus protocol analysis (Ethernet, CAN, FlexRay, SOME/IP, DLT, UDS).
