Senior Business Systems Architect (EPM): Own and scale Enterprise Performance Management platform with Pigment as core tool for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with an accent on data models, integrations, and compliance. Focus on building revenue/headcount models, executive dashboards, SOX controls, and multi-quarter roadmaps for IPO readiness.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or San Jose offices; requires presence 4 days per week (Tuesday WFH)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design, build, and administration of Pigment platform including data models, security, and user access.
• Architect revenue, headcount, OpEx, and cash flow planning models in partnership with FP&A and Accounting.
• Design integrations with NetSuite, BigQuery, Workato, and HRIS for accurate data flow.
• Build executive dashboards, variance analysis, and scenario modeling for board and investor reporting.
• Establish SOX-compliant controls, audit trails, and governance for model changes.
• Train users, drive adoption, document processes, and develop platform roadmap with Finance leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years in EPM/FP&A systems; 2+ years hands-on with Pigment implementation/administration
• Deep Pigment expertise in data modeling, formulas, integrations, and security; SQL proficiency
• Strong FP&A knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, revenue/headcount planning, reporting
• Practical SOX/compliance experience in financial systems
• Ability to translate finance needs into scalable solutions and present to executives
• Experience with AI/ML tools for financial workflows

• Pigment API and programmatic integrations
• Building AI-powered financial apps/prototypes
