What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the West Region production team to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Oversee production plans, budgets, and timelines across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate with producers and stakeholders to refine content ideas and identify new story angles.
• Manage relationships with external production partners, agencies, and talent in the West Region.
• Ensure all productions comply with Media House Production Management guidelines, including rights clearance and delivery standards.
• Mentor and support producers to foster professional growth and a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film, television, communications, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in content production, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape in the western United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa).
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
• Proven record of managing and delivering high-quality content projects.
