Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Produce high-quality enterprise-level code and solve ambiguous problems within the FedRamp High platform.
• Design significant systems and services, selecting appropriate patterns and articulating trade-offs.
• Refactor existing code to improve efficiency, extensibility, and maintainability.
• Lead design reviews, mentor team members, and establish coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure systemic security and performance compliance.
• Coordinate with QA, TPM, and Product Management to deliver high-value projects.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required to work on production FedRamp systems.
• 5+ years of software development experience across at least two programming languages.
• 3+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot REST development.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS systems, emphasizing high availability and scale.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience accelerating development output using AI tools.
• Active, transferable U.S. Security clearance (Public Trust level or higher).
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working with distributed teams.
