What you will do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline libraries that abstract build, release, and deployment events.
• Design internal tools, APIs, and CLI utilities to automate recurring engineering tasks.
• Develop harness tooling and context systems to make internal systems API-ready for AI coding agents.
• Instrument and monitor developer productivity systems to surface and resolve bottlenecks.
• Partner with application teams to drive adoption of CI/CD best practices across the organization.
• Participate in on-call rotations, root cause analyses, and author technical proposals.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience.
• 2–3 years of experience focused on CI/CD, developer tooling, or build infrastructure.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or similar).
• Solid understanding of source control concepts and practical Git experience.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen or Green Card holder) to meet ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding tools and agents (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Prior work on developer experience (DevEx) or engineering productivity programs.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and workflows.
• Experience with static analysis or automated PR pipelines.
• Background in fast-paced scaling startup environments.
