What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and advocate for the career development of a high-impact team of technical threat intelligence analysts.
• Build and maintain relationships with public and private sector entities to identify and track threats.
• Develop and promulgate intelligence reporting and strategic insights to protect users and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Engineering, and leadership to implement tactical initiatives.
• Communicate critical security gaps, risks, and adversary trends to the executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in security analysis, research, cyber security, or security engineering (adjusted based on degree).
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience conducting threat investigations in high-traffic environments.
• 1+ years of experience building tools and automations to support security investigations.

Nice to have

• Experience managing remote teams.
• An existing network of threat intelligence contacts.
• Knowledge of Linux, MacOS, git, hirify.global, Azure, and KQL.
• Experience leveraging AI workflows to improve security outcomes.
