What you will do

• Investigate complex escalations across frontend, APIs, and data flows to identify root causes.
• Develop and ship small-to-medium fixes and PRs to improve overall system reliability.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the support team and enhance internal debugging playbooks.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable technical issues and provide engineering T-shirt sizing.
• Identify and eliminate recurring issues by improving logging, observability, and debugging processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Product Support, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL.
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), specifically writing SQL queries and investigating data inconsistencies.
• Ability to navigate production codebases and debug using browser dev tools and network request analysis.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Excellent communication skills to interface between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
