What you will do

• Execute project management for communication campaigns and complex marketing processes.
• Define project scope, scale, and duration in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using platforms like Asana or Wrike.
• Oversee resource scheduling and allocation to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide routine project updates and performance reports to leadership.
• Maintain and publish the global communications campaign calendar.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK
• 3-5 years of work-related experience in project management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage conflict, make independent decisions, and problem solve.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Wrike).
