Location: Hybrid in Somerville, MA (3+ days/week). Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve features across a composable no-code Apps platform.
• Own product surface area end-to-end, from technical design through production rollout.
• Develop cohesive features using React, Redux, and Node.js.
• Lead technical design discussions, propose architectural improvements, and drive high-quality code reviews.
• Mentor and pair with junior engineers to raise the team's overall technical judgment.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to shape roadmaps and pressure-test scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically building production systems at a SaaS company.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with working knowledge of React and Node.js.
• Experience designing, building, and evolving RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Track record of taking features from ambiguous problems through design and launch.
• Experience influencing technical direction via design reviews and architectural proposals.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for company sponsorship.
