What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development, including solution design, Apex/LWC implementation, and production support.
• Build scalable automation and UI experiences for Work Order and case-driven operational workflows.
• Develop secure integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and asynchronous patterns.
• Define and enforce data standards and governance to support analytics and 360 customer views.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to improve process efficiency and SLA adherence.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the platform roadmap and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and the Salesforce metadata model.
• Experience with integration design (REST/SOAP, async processing, error handling).
• Proven expertise with Field Service, specifically Work Order-centric operations and FSL mobile.
• Experience working in Agile teams with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills to translate business processes into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architect, or Data Cloud.
• Experience with Data Cloud for modeling and mapping service/field entities.
• Background in high-volume service operations or regulated data environments.
• Experience in large org refactoring and multi-team governance models.
