TL;DR

L1 Support (AS400): Providing front-line technical support and incident management for clients with an accent on first-level troubleshooting and data extraction. Focus on solving technical issues, managing service requests, and coordinating with higher-tier support teams.

Location: Lisboa, Portugal. Occasional weekend or night on site intervention required.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and internal technical support teams.
  • Log and document all incidents, problems, and requests with high accuracy.
  • Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Handle reporting, data extraction, and application configuration requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support based on established guidelines.
  • Work in alternating shifts (6:00 AM to 20:00 PM) including on-call nightly and weekend rotations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ITIL, and AS400.
  • Fluent English and French proficiency is required.
  • Must be available for on-site interventions in Lisbon.
