TL;DR
L1 Support (AS400): Providing front-line technical support and incident management for clients with an accent on first-level troubleshooting and data extraction. Focus on solving technical issues, managing service requests, and coordinating with higher-tier support teams.
Location: Lisboa, Portugal. Occasional weekend or night on site intervention required.

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for clients and internal technical support teams.
- Log and document all incidents, problems, and requests with high accuracy.
- Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Handle reporting, data extraction, and application configuration requests.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support based on established guidelines.
- Work in alternating shifts (6:00 AM to 20:00 PM) including on-call nightly and weekend rotations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, ITIL, and AS400.
- Fluent English and French proficiency is required.
- Must be available for on-site interventions in Lisbon.
