Salary: $60,000–$80,000 Annually

What you will do
- Manage 2+ programs weekly and support senior managers on larger, high-priority company programs.
- Administer documentation reviews for statements of work and product specifications using compliance matrices.
- Utilize ERP and MS Project to assess material flow and identify resource constraints related to personnel or customers.
- Track progress via risk registers and lead regular standups for Lean Product Development (LPD) programs.
- Act as a continuous improvement champion by undergoing LPD training and conducting project planning events.
- Maintain primary customer interfaces through weekly communications and monthly status accounting of deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of customer service experience OR Associate degree with 6 years of customer service experience.
- Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience maintaining professional composure in challenging customer situations.
- Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Location: Must work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.
