What you will do

• Collaborate with AI Red Teams to design and implement adversarial AI capabilities for autonomous agents, computer vision, RF/EW systems.
• Lead development of enterprise-scale tools for evaluation, automation, CI/CD integration.
• Manage small team, tasks, projects, and personnel to meet objectives.
• Build modular red-teaming framework with CLI, web UI, APIs, pipelines.
• Integrate open-source, commercial solutions; handle packaging, versioning, maintenance.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, observability (Splunk, Prometheus), GPU workloads (CUDA).
• Embed secure practices, coordinate across classified/unclassified environments.

Requirements

• US Citizen with TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Hands-on with tools, frameworks, GitLab, cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerization (Docker, Podman), Kubernetes/OpenShift deployment via IaC (Ansible, Helm).
• High-quality documentation (specs, runbooks, APIs).
• Microservices development (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with AI security or adversarial ML.

• Systems engineering, software architecture, TDD, team leadership.
