What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for localization, starting with the Spanish market.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define experience design strategy and success metrics.
• Develop scalable design patterns, frameworks, and standards for international growth.
• Design intelligent, trustworthy, and explainable AI automation features.
• Contribute to the global design system by identifying gaps and improving consistency.
• Mentor the team through constructive critique and high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality B2B SaaS experiences.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
• Experience designing AI-powered features and using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) in the design process.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Based in Dublin, Ireland to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other European languages.
• Experience scaling localization design practices across multiple markets.
• Knowledge of i18n considerations (text expansion, regional formatting, regulatory UX).
• Experience as a sole regional design voice within a centralized product organization.
