What you will do

• Collaborate with IAM, infrastructure teams, application owners, and product managers to drive technical adoption.
• Participate in requirements gathering, reviews, and use case development for new processes.
• Provide technical support for operations, resolve incidents, and implement structural solutions.
• Support technical designs and determine best practices for new features and processes.
• Configure groups, safes, policies in CyberArk and develop connectivity plugins for onboarding.
• Contribute to team growth towards IAMOps with release and test automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with CyberArk technologies, concepts, and features
• Proven experience in implementation and verification of lifecycle initiatives for applications and platforms.
• Ability to define and implement best practice standards in development.
• Experience leading offsite development teams and collaborating on deliveries.
• Track record enhancing quality through PAM-Onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and IAM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk configuration (groups, safes, policies, plugins, connectors).

Nice to have

• Experience in agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with IAMOps practices and tooling.
• Experience with release and test automation in PAM context.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
