What you will do

• Set up and maintain authorisation concepts for SAP applications including S/4HANA, Fiori and BTP services like Integration Suite, Data Intelligence Cloud and Business Process Automation.
• Dive into new tooling such as SAP BTP, CI/CD and Cloud ALM to configure access governance.
• Manage ABAP users, roles, profiles, HANA database provisioning and Fiori Launchpad authorizations.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and collaborate with Basis, Development and Integration teams.
• Support audits with documentation, SoD analysis and develop reusable security templates and automation.
• Keep systems secure by explaining and following Rabo policies.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Utrecht (NL)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP authorisation management with technical focus.
• Deep SAP security knowledge: role design, user provisioning, Fiori configuration, HANA security (HDI, repository roles).
• Experience with SAP BTP platform and services security models.
• Proficient in SAP troubleshooting tools; ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in Security & Authorizations or Technology.
• Experience with GRC Access Control, IPS, IAS, DevOps in SAP, Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX and cloud security principles.
