What you will do

• Lead coordination between Tech4HR, central security teams, and CISO office for aligned security priorities and implementation.
• Act as trusted advisor on high-risk topics including emerging technologies like generative AI and new cyber threats.
• Strengthen security maturity by translating risks into practical controls aligned with bank-wide standards.
• Support teams with design reviews, threat assessments, and risk evaluations to improve decision-making.
• Promote security awareness by explaining requirements to engineers and stakeholders.
• Build cross-domain collaboration through security guild contributions.

Requirements

• Hybrid workplace in Utrecht (NL)
• 7+ years cybersecurity experience in strategic and technical domains
• Proven experience with security engineering, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Experience advising on secure design and architecture in complex IT environments
• Hands-on with modern technology stacks and security tooling
• Strong analytical skills for assessing and prioritizing risks
• Excellent communication to translate complex topics clearly
• Ability to influence stakeholders across tech and governance
• Proactive mindset taking initiative beyond checklists
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
