What you will do
- Lead coordination between Tech4HR, central security teams, and CISO office for aligned security priorities and implementation.
- Act as trusted advisor on high-risk topics including emerging technologies like generative AI and new cyber threats.
- Strengthen security maturity by translating risks into practical controls aligned with bank-wide standards.
- Support teams with design reviews, threat assessments, and risk evaluations to improve decision-making.
- Promote security awareness by explaining requirements to engineers and stakeholders.
- Build cross-domain collaboration through security guild contributions.
Requirements
- Hybrid workplace in Utrecht (NL)
- 7+ years cybersecurity experience in strategic and technical domains
- Proven experience with security engineering, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Experience advising on secure design and architecture in complex IT environments
- Hands-on with modern technology stacks and security tooling
- Strong analytical skills for assessing and prioritizing risks
- Excellent communication to translate complex topics clearly
- Ability to influence stakeholders across tech and governance
- Proactive mindset taking initiative beyond checklists
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
