What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth of the mobile app, turning the product into a daily habit for users.
• Shape product hypotheses and execute A/B tests to validate growth and monetization strategies.
• Optimize onboarding, activation, and early user journeys to increase conversion.
• Build and refine the subscription model, including paywalls, offers, and churn reduction.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Make strategic product decisions based on data and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for mobile products with real traction.
• Deep expertise in product analytics and metrics: activation, retention, LTV, conversion, and churn.
• Strong background in designing onboarding flows, funnels, and user journeys.
• Knowledge of subscription models and the primary drivers of monetization performance.
• Experience running experiments and validating hypotheses.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and the ability to approach the product from the user's perspective.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C mobile applications.
• Expertise in paywalls and subscription-based monetization.
• Understanding of growth strategies and product economics.
