What you will do

• Develop bioanalytical budgets, fee estimates, and pricing materials for proposals, RFQs, and bid grids.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and track project documents including change orders.
• Provide financial support for awarded projects, including forecasting, variance tracking, WIP monitoring, and invoice preparation.
• Maintain project data in systems and align budgets with contractual terms.
• Optimize Smartsheet tools, pricing templates, and processes using AI and automation.
• Order study-specific materials and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in proposal scoping, budgeting, and pricing support, ideally in bioanalytical or clinical research.
• Strong financial analysis skills for forecasting, variance tracking, and budget alignment.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, pricing models, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in systems and handle contract and project documentation.
• Must work onsite in Lincoln, NE.
