What you will do

• Apply communicative approach and Mango methodology in online Spanish instruction for K12 students.
• Prepare personalized sessions using proprietary learning tools.
• Instruct and assess small (3-6) and large (7+) groups online.
• Evaluate language proficiency and provide progress reports.
• Manage attendance, schedules, and syllabi.
• Commit to 10-30 hours per week, usually during US working hours.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Spanish speaker
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
• US K12 teaching certification in Spanish
• Experience using technology in live online language instruction
• Reliable internet connection
• Knowledge of ACTFL proficiency standards
• Experience with diverse learners and virtual environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Moodle and Zoom
• Minimum 3-5 years of language teaching experience
• Advanced knowledge of instructional methodologies
