What you will do

• Deliver NSC driver safety courses online, adhering to Instructor Manual, timing, and quality standards.
• Prepare and share digital materials, verify participant identity and attendance.
• Record completions, test results, and report incidents accurately and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations, answer participant questions, and handle disruptions.
• Attend training sessions and represent NSC professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Sociology, Psychology, or Education; previous Law Enforcement experience considered.
• At least 2 years of instructional/teaching experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet, computer with webcam/microphone, and proficiency in virtual platforms like Zoom, Teams, Webex.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and professional demeanor.

• Experience delivering online training or webinars.
