What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate modern DevOps solutions for reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
• Drive and own the migration from Atlassian tooling (Jira/Bitbucket) to Azure DevOps.
• Shape DevOps standards and processes with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and security.
• Support development teams in continuously integrating and delivering new features.
• Act as a technical expert and mentor within the DevOps domain for junior engineers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform architecture and working environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in DevOps, software development, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, container platforms, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with database systems and basic database administration concepts.
• Ability to deep dive into complex systems and design scalable solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dresden, Germany.
