HR Services Hub Analyst II (HR Operations): Delivering complex transactional and informational HR services for internal and external customers with an accent on ticketing resolution and regional payroll administration. Focus on maintaining HR system data and managing payroll, benefits, and pension activities for the Americas region.

Location: Hybrid (Mexico City, Mexico)

What you will do

  • Resolve complex employee inquiries via the ticketing tool and provide timely responses.
  • Manage HR system data maintenance, payroll, time/absence, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Consultants, and vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Guide employees and managers on the use of self-service transactions.
  • Perform process administration for Organization & Position Management and HR Data Quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel administration, preferably in an HR shared services hub.
  • Experience handling payroll in Americas countries, specifically Colombia.
  • Advanced or intermediate English with strong conversational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the migration of HR processes from specific countries to a Regional HR Hub.
