What you will do

• Process a high volume of purchase invoices and match them to goods received.
• Manage and monitor invoice approvals.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly payment runs and support payment processing.
• Post credit card, petty cash, and bank transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end activity.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a purchase ledger or similar accounts role.
