Salary: £92,701 - £109,060

What you will do

• Lead and motivate office and field-based salespeople to deliver asset finance products to existing and new clients, achieving financial and non-financial targets.
• Build and manage key internal (Coverage/Risk/Product/Operations) and external (Clients/KBIs/Brokers) stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate across SCS for product development, risk mitigation, and business transformation.
• Maintain external networks to maximize opportunities and align with Group strategy.
• Grow product penetration by introducing additional LBG products to clients.
• Provide feedback for team development and career growth.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Asset Finance required.
• Sales leadership experience, including line management, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Strong communication and partnering skills for building client and partner relationships.
• Credit analysis skills with commercial reasoning to assess financial information.
• Strong presentational skills to influence key customers.
• Desire to develop others, deliver client service, and drive business growth.
