What you will do

• Conduct strategic analyses to support R&D roadmapping, capacity planning, and operational decision-making.
• Drive execution of priority technology initiatives across Engineering, Data Science, Regulatory, and Quality teams.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards to ensure project timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex systems engineering challenges.
• Perform product research, including competitive analysis and literature reviews.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD highly preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Neuroscience.
• Proven background in core engineering or systems engineering, preferably in MedTech.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
