TL;DR
Client Growth & Success Associate (Digital Health): Support and grow relationships with enterprise employer clients by managing day-to-day engagement, satisfaction, and retention efforts. Location: Remote (USA). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No visa sponsorship.
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually

What you will do
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned employer clients and support senior leaders on strategic accounts with meeting prep, follow-ups, and execution.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders, track goals, KPIs, and metrics for alignment.
- Prepare performance reports, ROI analyses, and support business reviews; monitor client health and resolve issues.
- Drive enrollment and engagement through communications, campaigns, and data analysis.
- Assist with renewals, growth opportunities, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Implementation teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset to translate data into insights.
- Clear professional communication skills; proactive and collaborative.
- Willingness to travel as needed; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Zendesk, or JIRA.
- Interest in enterprise account management and client growth strategy.
