What you will do

• Design and govern a multi-agent AI ecosystem to acquire leads and grow the sales pipeline.
• Integrate AI agents with Salesforce, Optimizely, and internal Data Lakes to create a single source of intelligence.
• Architect AI logic for real-time dynamic optimization of web experiences and landing pages based on visitor intent.
• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure digital assets are discoverable and recommended by LLMs.
• Automate high-velocity content production and iteration in collaboration with campaign leads.
• Establish AI governance dashboards and feedback loops to ensure transparency and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Growth Engineering or Marketing Tech within B2B enterprise environments.
• Mastery of the agentic AI stack and experience deploying AI-native workflows.
• Proven experience integrating AI with CRM (Salesforce) and CMS (Optimizely).
• Strong strategic thinking to connect technical AI architecture to long-term revenue goals.
• Advanced analytical reasoning for building complex feedback loops and conducting high-velocity experimentation.
