What you will do

• Provide on-duty coverage for day and night shifts, responding to incidents and troubleshooting issues.
• Document infrastructure challenges, root cause analyses, and contribute to AI practices in monitoring.
• Collaborate with teams to define monitoring needs and implement observability solutions.
• Design and refine alerts, dashboards, and integrations with platforms like Jira and Opsgenie.
• Build knowledge base for configurations, troubleshooting, and user manuals.
• Stay updated on trends and automate repetitive tasks using AI where suitable.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as Systems Engineer, SRE, DevOps, or Monitoring Support Engineer (L2+).
• Good understanding of Linux (Debian-based), containerization (LXC/LXD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting in Bash, Python, Go; familiarity with REST API.
• Basic database knowledge (PostgreSQL preferable).
• English at Intermediate (B1) level or higher for technical documentation.
• Practical interest in AI tools for troubleshooting and automation, with critical evaluation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zabbix (LLD, prototypes), Grafana, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, ELK/Splunk, Site24x7/Pingdom.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, GitLab, Nginx/Puma, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Hashicorp Vault, IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
