TL;DR

Workplace Coordinator: Support day-to-day running of London office including employee engagement, building operations, and health & safety compliance with an accent on delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth functionality. Focus on curating inclusive experiences, managing vendors and facilities, and promoting employee wellbeing through events and guidance.

Location: On-site full-time, 5 days per week in London office. Flexibility for occasional work outside standard hours or weekends. Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

What you will do

  • Curate inclusive workplace experiences, gather feedback, create content on office updates and events, host tours, and deliver internal events.
  • Manage building operations: walkthroughs for maintenance, stock levels, vendor coordination, helpdesk queries, access cards, mail, and front-of-house duties.
  • Support health & safety compliance: DSE assessments, risk assessments, fire safety, accident reporting, and policy maintenance.
  • Identify improvements, support projects with business cases and financial analysis, handle admin tasks like purchase orders and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Previous experience in workplace, facilities or operational role highly desirable.
  • Good financial and data literacy, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week on-site in London office.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of building infrastructure or health & safety qualification.
  • Additional languages: French, Spanish or Italian.
