What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity visuals and final delivery.
• Champion user research and usability testing throughout the organization to inform product decisions.
• Maintain high quality and visual consistency across all hirify.global's product offerings.
• Drive continuous iteration and improvement of the user experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in app and web design.
• High English proficiency is required.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Strong visual design competence and a deep interest in current app design trends.
• Ability to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions to complex design problems.
