TL;DR

Software Engineer (Python): Building and optimizing a platform/framework for cybersecurity integrations with an accent on high availability, low latency, and API design. What you will do

  • Own and drive the development of a framework enabling the deployment of integrations with third-party systems such as SIEM, SOAR, and Incident Response tools.
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-availability services with a focus on low latency and high performance.
  • Implement and optimize automated build and test pipelines.
  • Perform third-line support to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer technical issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive strategy and platform improvements.
  • Utilize technologies including Kafka, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch to bridge data between the platform and client systems.

Requirements

  • At least a couple of years of professional coding experience.
  • Fluency in multiple programming languages, with Python as the primary language.
  • Advanced understanding of working with APIs across various environments.
  • Ability to translate high-level architecture designs into efficient, robust code.
  • Experience with Unix-based operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, accountable mindset.

Nice to have

  • Education or professional experience in Cyber Security or Threat Intelligence.
  • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with test frameworks like pytest and CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, FastAPI, Kafka, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience working effectively in global and remote team environments.
