Location: Dublin, IE (hybrid policy: in office at least 25% of the time)

Annual Salary: €175,000 - €190,000 EUR

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to understand startup requirements and serve as trusted technical advisor from evaluation to deployment and expansion
• Win technical evaluations by developing frameworks to measure Claude's performance for startup use cases
• Build credibility with founders and engineers by guiding technical architecture decisions and speaking their language
• Gather insights on startup usage patterns and deliver feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Travel to customer sites, events, and conferences for workshops and relationship building

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder)
• Experience with startups or high-growth tech companies
• Strong builder credibility as software engineer or technical founder
• Deep expertise in building/scaling AI products, LLM applications in production (context engineering, evals, architectures)
• Strong technical communication and track record selling technical products
• Comfortable with Python and LLM frameworks/tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
