What you will do

• Lead the UI team in the design, development, and support of scalable, secure web-based user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain web applications leveraging ASP.NET C# MVC and ASP.NET Core technologies.
• Implement, tune, and integrate enterprise search capabilities using ElasticSearch and AWS OpenSearch.
• Architect decoupled application systems leveraging message queuing for resilience and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders within an Agile framework.
• Establish coding standards and provide technical mentorship to ensure high-quality front-end architecture.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work 100% on-site in Virginia (Merrifield/Arlington).
• 10+ years of professional software or web development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET C# MVC and Agile development methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Application or Enterprise Search technologies and message queuing.
• Proven experience with React.js or AngularJS and ASP.NET Core.
