What you will do

• Lead and mentor the analytic team in the development and delivery of AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and train custom supervised and unsupervised ML models.
• Apply NLP techniques to analyze and derive insights from unstructured data.
• Use Python, R, and SQL to perform data analysis, model development, and data manipulation.
• Develop data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and database teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Work location: 100% on-site in VA (Merrifield/Arlington).
• 5+ years of experience with Python, R, or SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in custom AI/ML model training and NLP focused on unstructured data.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL database development and coding.
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools.
