What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core product area within the Agentic Search team.
• Improve search quality and relevance by defining evaluation frameworks and benchmarks with engineering and research teams.
• Validate ideas and shape product-market fit through direct engagement with enterprise customers and developer users.
• Analyze the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI retrieval to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM teams (sales, growth, solutions) to refine positioning and ICP definitions.
• Lead rapid iteration cycles and product experiments from hypothesis to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in developer tools, API platforms, or search/retrieval infrastructure.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and the role of retrieval systems in agentic workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in NLP, information retrieval, or adjacent domains.
• Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with PLG and enterprise motions.
• Leadership experience in high-growth technology companies or startup-within-a-larger-org environments.
• Experience in mentoring or managing other Product Managers.
