What you will do

  • Conduct deep-dive user research with Sales Reps and Account Executives to identify daily friction points.
  • Design and define intuitive, consumer-grade features for B2B sales tools to drive adoption.
  • Develop and iterate the product vision for Sales Empowerment tools aligned with broader intelligence goals.
  • Partner with big data engineers and data scientists to transform complex signals into simple buying cues.
  • Implement AI to automate personalized outreach generation and prospect discovery.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as Daily Active Usage and Time-to-Value.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B web products.
  • Strong portfolio of products where usability and adoption were the primary success metrics.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a data-driven approach to solving user problems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales Ops and technical stakeholders.
