What you will do

• Develop AI-first roadmaps and translate complex business KPIs into technical architectures.
• Deploy AI agents, implement Vibe Coding workflows, and design scalable data flows and ETL processes.
• Own the full lifecycle of technical initiatives from initial scoping and milestones to execution and reporting.
• Audit and rationalize the SaaS ecosystem to reduce redundancy and improve architectural alignment.
• Act as the technical authority for vendor governance, overseeing the full SaaS onboarding and lifecycle.
• Manage integration security, including Non-Human Identities (NHI), service accounts, and access governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with enterprise applications in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience in Information Systems (IS) Operations or a similar technical-operational role.
• Deep proficiency in AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and LLM integration.
• Experience leading technical team members and managing cross-departmental projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with API integrations, ETL, and modern development trends.
• Excellent communication skills to translate AI capabilities into business value.
