Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Office-first, at least 4 days per week)

Salary: 17,900 – 24,600 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Identify and lead high-value partnership opportunities to drive brand growth and commercial impact.
• Manage the end-to-end partnership process, including sourcing, pitching, deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Shape the overall Business Partnerships strategy and identify priority industries and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Franchise, Marketing, PR, Legal, and Development teams.
• Prepare business cases and recommendations to drive internal decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize partnership performance using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, licensing, or brand partnerships.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Proven track record of leading complex partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw studio (at least 4 days per week).
• Strong interest in gaming, entertainment, and pop culture.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically with gaming IP/brand collaborations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Miro, or Jira.
