What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Client Service Specialists supporting specialty casework and asset additions.
• Align productivity, quality, and SLA adherence to drive results and enhance client experience.
• Oversee daily operational execution across specialty service queues to ensure timely processing and capacity management.
• Monitor service metrics and quality trends to proactively identify risks and implement continuous improvements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent, complex, or high-risk operational matters.
• Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, and custodians to resolve systemic issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4 additional years of experience).
• Prior people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of investment products, retirement accounts (RMDs, IRA), and money movement (ACAT/non-ACAT).
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-complexity environments.
• FINRA Fingerprinting required.
