What you will do

• Embed data protection principles into products and services from day one
• Partner with teams to provide pragmatic advice on data protection risks
• Support large-scale projects to enable safe business growth
• Design and improve data protection controls, policies, and processes
• Build scalable processes for data subject rights and regulatory obligations
• Deliver training and manage incidents with stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience with data protection in fast-growing tech companies
• Strong knowledge of UK GDPR, PECR, and related regulations
• Ability to manage risk and apply governance pragmatically
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders
• Proactive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Relevant certification such as CIPP, CIPT, CIPM, or ISEB preferred
