What you will do

• Own projects end-to-end, from initial API design to final frontend polish.
• Develop and optimize backend services and workflow engines.
• Build and refine high-quality user interfaces using React.
• Make critical technical and product decisions to drive feature delivery.
• Utilize AI as a force multiplier to maintain high development velocity.

Requirements

• Full-stack proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and React.
• Strong judgment regarding APIs, data models, and system reliability.
• Experience with cloud-native tooling and modern software delivery.
• Must be located within the GMT+2 to GMT-3 timezone range.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, high-standards early-stage startup environment.
